   • All our products are handmade with natural, ethically sourced ingredients. Due to the nature of these ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur.

   • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
   • We accept payments via credit/debit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and secure online payment gateways. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.
3. Order Confirmation:
   • Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

1. • We offer nationwide shipping within South Africa. International shipping may be available; please contact us for details.
   • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
   • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

   • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
